NOTICE OF INTENT TO OPEN THE WAITING LISTS

BROWARD COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY (BCHA) will accept online pre-applications for the below listed apartment communities on the dates stated.

Pre-applications will ONLY be available for completion online during the stated timeframe at the following website: (https://bchafl.myhousing.com/). If you do not have access to a computer, you may go to a public library or any other place where computers are available to access the website to complete the pre-application.

Applicants determined eligible under US Housing and Urban Development program requirements must also meet the property’s requirements for residency.

• Everglades Heights Apartments (2-bedroom): 02/06/2025 - 02/10/2025

• Everglades Heights Apartments (3-bedroom): 02/20/2025 - 02/24/2025

*The opening of Everglades Heights 2 and 3-bedroom waiting lists has been postponed from original dates in December and January respectively. The above reflect new opening dates/times.
